This paper presents the Solar-Powered Drip Irrigation Optimal Performance model (SDrOP), a holistic model that accurately captures subsystem relationships and employs a particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to produce optimal low-cost, solar-powered drip system designs.
Solar-powered photovoltaic pumping systems (SPVPSs) have emerged as a promising solution for sustainable drip irrigation in agriculture. This review article presents recent advances in SPVPSs for drip irrigation, with a focus on their design, performance and integration.
